Kanz Software company announce release of new version Sound Normalizer.

The Sound Normalizer will help to improve and regain quality and sounding Mp3, FLAC and Wav files simply and quickly.

Added new method of normalization “Normalize each file on a maximum level without clipping” for Wav and FLAC files. Fixed bugs and improve batch player.

The Sound Normalizer reduces, improves, regains quality and file size without losing ID3 and FLAC tags of Mp3, FLAC and Wav (PCM 8, 16, 24, 32 bits, DSP, GSM, IMA ADPCM, MS ADPCM, AC3, MP3, MP2, OGG, A-LAW, u-LAW) files. The Wav and FLAC normalization and test is fulfilled on a peak level (Peak Normalization) and on an average level (RMS normalization). The Mp3 normalization and test is fulfilled on an average level (RMS normalization). The Mp3 Normalizer allows to modify the volume of a scanned file directly without using APEv2 tags.

The Sound Normalizer also allows editing ID3 and FLAC with support for ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags, converting Wav to Mp3, Mp3 to Wav, FLAC to Wav, FLAC to Mp3 files (build-in Wav/Mp3/FLAC Converter) using Lame MP3 Encoder 3.99.2, listening Mp3, FLAC and Wav files using the build-in audio player.

The New Game Tsunami Is Coming, Record Your Awesome Moments With Bandicam, Fraps Alternative Software

The New Game tsunami is coming, record your awesome moments with Bandicam, Fraps Alternative software

The new game tsunami is coming with a host of new and upcoming games such as Skyrim which was released in the middle of November 2011. Gamers all around the world are enjoying this astonishing game and also waiting for the next big releases like Diablo III, Grand Theft Auto V, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City to name a few.

These days, gamers are not just playing in front of a TV or a computer. Some of them meet new friends and chat with strangers in the game. Some people record their awesome gameplays and upload their commentary videos on YouTube. Some of them become YouTube stars because of their gameplay videos.

If you want to record XBOX 360 or PlayStation 3 gameplay, you need a capture card and game recording software. However, if you want to record your gameplay on PC, you just need a game recording program like Fraps.

Fraps is one of the most popular game recording software among game users. Fraps can record the original gameplay by DirectX and OpenGL hooking technology, so the video quality is better than other software.

Despite the high video quality, it has 2 problems.

One problem of this software is that it only can record DirectX/OpenGL programs; it can’t record non-DirectX/OpenGL programs like flash or java games. Another problem of this software is a big file size. If you record for a minute, the file size might be around 1GB. Imagine! When you try to upload a minute video onto YouTube, it may take a very long time to upload the whole video. To avoid these problems, some people are trying to findFraps alternative software.

Bandicam is a good alternative to Fraps because it records not only the DirectX/OpenGL programs like Fraps but also it can record anything on your PC screen including flash/java games. In addition, Bandicam compresses the video when recording, so the recorded file size is much smaller than Fraps without any loss of video quality.

As a result, gamers can get a high quality gameplay video and a reduced video file size due to the video compressing technology from Bandicam

Why don’t you record your awesome moments and figure out which game recording software is better.

A New Music Software Manager And Player Dedicated To Classical, Jazz Or Other More Demanding Genre Of Music Is Now Available

MusiCHI Suite is the first integrated computer software application to manage your music files, completely dedicated to classical, jazz or other more demanding genre of music. It is the only digital music suite where the user can actually play and organize his music in an intelligent way, allowing him to change the order and number of columns on the screen and find his tracks in the most flexible manner. MusiCHI Suite includes 4 applications (Player, Ripper, Tagger, Library Manager), each optimized for their task, where newly introduced fields, such as Instruments, Composition, Period, Performers, Style, relevant to music classification can be utilized. Unlike other programs, in theMusiCHI Suite any field, any data, you see on screen is written inside the audio files , therefore, reducing the importance of the library, which becomes just the temporarily catalog of the files’ metadata, used only for fast and flexible searches. Bringing back the focus to the music files themselves and freeing you from any proprietary software library database.

Furthermore, we use a database engine that allows virtually unlimited size of libraries. MusiCHI Suite is a multi – library system , allowing for one more level of grouping, for example Classical, Jazz, World Music, etc. According to the library, the user interface, audio tracks data and tagging pick lists can change, since different styles of music have different logic and personalities: with classical music Composer/Composition is more valuable information than Artist/Album, for example.

The Suite is equipped with a complete reference database (MusiCHI Clean ©®) for classical music, where more than 5000 entries (composers, performers, orchestras, etc.) have been properly corrected and normalized with full respect of their local spelling (umlaut, accents etc.), i.e. the program is fully Unicode compliant. Furthermore, it has a composition engine search covering for the moment the integrated music collection of Bach, Beethoven, Mozart and Vivaldi. The composition engine search will soon be completed with the compositions of other famous composers.

MusiCHI Suite Version 2.1 comes with step by step tutorials and help files leading the user to learn the program and its powerful features quickly and easily. In Version 2.1, new capabilities have been added such as the possibility to play music files without them being part of a music library, the possibility to see the album/compositions covers in a graphical carousel view, the possibility to change the fonts sizes so that the user can play with the software remotely from his couch, the possibility to extract the content of the music library for printing via a spreadsheet. Furthermore, the player can read directly the CD booklet (in pdf format) with a single click, can browse any relevant internet pages linked to a track (Wikipedia etc.), potentially transforming the application to be a front-end to a music knowledge based system. Via the Windows clipboard, the Ripper can use, for its metadata, pretty much any source coming from the WEB or other documents. The playlists are now compatible with the m3u and m3u8 formats. In order to explore the numerous capabilities of the software, you can download from http://www.musichi.eu/index.php/en/downloaddemo, the free trial version (the full featured program with a limited activation time). We have also, included a demo librarywith prepared musical clips (courtesy of Hyperion Records), that can show how classical music can be tagged, “the MusiCHI way”. With these files you can experiment with the other tools of the Suite, especially our tag editor that is considered undoubtedly one of the best (if not the best) of its kind.

MusiCHI Suite Version 2.1 can play FLAC files up to 24 bits/ 385.2 KHZ, and offers additional support for MP3, MP4, APE, WMA and M4A. As we do not offer volume adjustment within the player, we do not add any digital distortion. MusiCHI Suite is ASIO Drivers compatible, including ASIO4ALL, allowing to by-pass the video sound mixer of Windows and achieving bit perfect digital output (we have passed bit transparency tests with a Weiss DAC202). MusiCHI Suite is designed to run on Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista or 7).

MusiCHI Suite is available in 3 versions: MusiCHI Studio (launching price 39 euros, approx. 54 US$) which includes the 4 applications (Player, Ripper, Tagger, Library Manager), MusiCHI Portable (launching price 19 euros, approx. 26 US$) a unique application that allows the user to transport and play all his digital music library on any other PC without any further configuration than plug a USB drive and MusiCHI Ultimo(launching price 49 euros, approx. 68 US$) which apart from the 4 applications, includes also the Portable Edition.

New Released Pavtube ByteCopy Keep Multiple Audio Tracks And Subtitles For Blu-Ray Disc Backup

Pavtube Studio, developer of the popular Pavtube Blu-ray Ripper software, has announced the Pavtube ByteCopy on Jan 24. The new released Pavtube ByteCopy offers flexible and multiple choices of audio tracks and subtitles when backing up protected Blu-ray Discs and DVDs to MKV file format for playback on PC and HD media players like Seagate FreeAgent Theater, WD TV Live media player, Popcorn Hour NMT C-200, etc.

interface.jpg

Commercial Blu-ray Disc/DVD contains multiple audio and subtitle streams. When backing up BD/DVD common file formats like MP4 and AVI, only one audio track and one subtitle stream can be retained. Different from other file format, the open standard multimedia container format Maroska (MKV) can store multiple video/audio tracks with all meta-information and preserve chapters and thus is widely supported by HD media players and portable devices.

By copying and packaging Blu-ray Disc/DVD streams into MKV file format, Pavtube ByteCopy lets users get all video clips, audio streams and subtitles in one MKV file. High quality TrueHD and DTS-MA audio can be directly copied from BD without transcoding, and transported to AV receivers in 5.1 or 7.1 channels for lossless surround sound effects. Having multiple choices of audio and subtitles allows for a fuller, more enriching, viewing experience.

In addition, Pavtube ByteCopy can transcode video stream, audio track and subtitle stream separately for user’s convenience. Lossless video quality can be retained when TrueHD/DTS-MA audio is down converted to Dolby Digital 5.1/DTS 5.1 audio. This ensures proper playback of Blu-ray contents on earlier devices that do not support 7.1 channels.
